Return / Refund Policy
We want customers who are 100% satisfied with their purchases, however, due to safety concerns all sales on firearms and ammunition are final. In the event that a item is found to be defective, either through a factory defect, damaged in transit or defective in function, the customer will need to contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery to arrange replacement or repair (at the discretion of management). Defective products must be returned to the store or the manufacturer’s warranty repair depot as determined by our customer service department at the customer’s expense. The customer must arrange and provide all the proper permits to the courier company to transport restricted firearms in the event they must be repaired or replaced. Customers can only make returns or exchanges for merchandise once they have obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number provided by our customer service department and provided the product/s are returned in unused condition with original undamaged packaging and include all original contents. All returns and/or exchanges are at the discretion of management at Top Gun Tactical Sales Inc. and are subject to a 25% restocking fee which covers order processing, credit card or bank fees and other incurred sales expenses. Scopes and Optics (Laser sights, Spotting scopes binoculars, rifle scopes, rangefinders, etc.) can only be exchanged, repaired or replaced by the manufacturer or an approved warranty depot. If an order has already been charged to a credit card and then cancelled prior to it being shipped, additional credit card cancellation fees will apply. Special Order Items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
